Accuracy is a continuous obligation. We correct significant errors quickly and transparently.
How To Report an Error
Send the article URL, quoted passage, and supporting documentation. If the issue is urgent or safety-related, note that clearly in the subject line.

Our Review Process
Corrections are reviewed by the assigning desk and a standards editor. When we confirm a significant factual error, we update the story and append a correction note describing what changed.
Clarifications and Editor's Notes
Not all updates are corrections. We may publish clarifications when wording was ambiguous, and editor's notes for context changes that do not alter established facts.
