A Handwritten Note in Richford Asks What Comes After Episode Six
A bilingual handwritten note appeared Tuesday on the Richford Public Library community board, asking whether the McGill collective might return to border communities for a follow-up. Library staff found it in the morning and left it where it was.
RICHFORD, Vermont — Someone left a note on the corkboard at the Richford Public Library on Tuesday. Written by hand in both French and English, it asked, more or less, whether the McGill collective might ever return to border communities for a follow-up — whether, in other words, there might be something after Episode Six.
Colette Aubin-Roy, who opens the building most mornings, found it pinned near the top of the newest panel. She did not move it. She did not add anything beside it.
"It's a different kind of question than the ones we started with," she said.
She has left it there.
